Mobile Marketing

Systems management

This layer handles monitoring and alert management. FXTrinity currently operates more than 700 monitors to check on the state of the platform at any given point in time.

At each layer, scalability is achieved through the use of arrays of multiple servers that can be expanded in number should the need arise.

Most campaigns can be fully managed on the application interface. This includes setting up simple campaign trees (e.g. for votes, quizzes or multiple-choice games), creating and testing postings and viewing live reports on all campaign activities. Bespoke or complex campaigns are set up by the Flytxt technology team and full reporting functionality on the application interface is available to clients.

All campaign parameters are saved by the platform and are visible to the campaign manager. Campaign parameters can be modified where applicable at any time in the campaign.

All major mobile content types are supported, including MMS, EMS and WAP push.

The steps followed to create campaigns are:

* campaign specification phase

* technical brief creation (this step can be skipped for simple campaigns)

* set-up of campaign parameters on platform:

* channel/database

* inbound number

* outbound route

* mechanic

* templates

* reports.

Full personalisation with multi-dynamic fields is supported by FXTrinity, e.g. "Hi Robert, you have 10 points and we received your last message 7 days ago."

The send-out component takes the validity period setting as well as delivery notification requests into account.

FXTrinity has been integrated with IVR (inbound and outbound) systems, as well as e-mail for cross-channel campaign interaction. The platform can import and export subscriber- and campaign-related data. FXTrinity lets the campaign manager test campaign scenarios through several test features from campaign set-up through to campaign execution. The deployment of bespoke campaigns goes first through a separate test environment.

FX Trinity provides real-time full reporting on consumer interactions. The reporting functionality has access to all profile fields and includes intelligent consumer profile data extraction from messages.

Opt-in and opt-out through SMS, e-mail, the web and IVR is possible. Simple SMS opt-out can be enabled by replying "stop" or several other opt-out keywords.

CSV, Excel and XML formats are directly supported by the platform.

FX Trinity tracks the profile owner. Users and user profiles are stored against a client ID, which can be the third-party profile aggregator.

Contact management (i.e. the contact limit not to exceed) is based on past interactions, i.e. FXTrinity uses channel preference, recency and frequency filters that are used to set limits on the number of interactions the platform has with one subscriber and also define when and through which channel the interaction is conducted.

Reports are shown in FXTrinity and their associated data can be exported to Microsoft Excel or another data analysis platform. It is possible to create new reports within each report query and run parallel reports to compare response rates, for example.

The platform allows for quick counts-for example, males over 25 years old, along with other demographic requirements. In addition to post-campaign reporting, FXTrinity allows for auto-reporting that keeps Flytxt clients up to date with their campaign’s progress.

FXTrinity does not provide costing tools for the different campaign dialogues.

An interesting feature of FXTrinity that avoids resource contention among its clients is the posting system. Flytxt’s posting system informs the Flytxt client services team or its clients directly of a conflicting posting, i.e. request for resource, in the resource management tool.
